6th October 2021 North Shields – Sea Buckthorn & Glittering Tyne

An after-work walk. The tide was high today and the waves crashed dramatically against the rocks. The sinking autumn sun was catching on the waves, shimmering and glittering. Herring gulls were taking it easy bobbing along with the ebb and flow.

Lots of colourful sea buckthorn in berry at the moment adding some joyful colour to the scenery.
