On a pretty miserable summer Sunday, we headed off to search for the grave of Victor Noble Rainbird, a famous North Shields artist from the late 19th early 20th century.
I’ve seen plenty of photos of the new gravestone, but after much searching and the miserable weather, we gave up.
I will return in better weather and find his final resting place.
