Tosay was nearly as cold as yesterday but a lot busier.
As I headed along Tyne Street, the Pegasus Ace was sailing into the Tyne on its way to the terminal on the south of the river.
Northumberland Park was teaming with people. Unfortunately, even the few birds that were on the pond have also decided to find more comfortable quarters.
A lot of people were crowded near the small pond as the kingfisher decided to be a photographic model. It stayed there for ages, very surprising given the noise.
