A trophy of the Imperial arms of the Czar of Russia in gilt copper: a double headed eagle, imperially crowned, with another crown above, holding in the dexter claw a scepture, in the sinister claw an orb; on an escutcheon at honour point, St. George and the dragon (the crest of Moscow).
