An unusual day in Pisa. The lawns in front of the cathedral were thronged with people, an unusual sight as this is normally prohibited. There was no access to the tower either. Apparently they were filming a movie with Gwyneth Paltrow. We didn’t see her!
The afternoon was spend at the lovely Lucca. Just a flying visit, so a walk around some of the walls and some church visiting is all we had time for.
