A visit to Wylam on a very sunny day.
Wylam is always beautiful, but today in the summer sun it was so colourful it really lifted the spirits.
In the Tyne salmon were leaping out of the water, some pursued by the seal which has returned to take advantage of the rich pickings.
Plenty of flowers in bloom in the allotments. In the nature reserve we came across a comma butterfly, very beautiful.
The horses were busy munching away in the sunshine, avoiding the common ragwort which was in abundance.
