My usual walk turned into a bit of a marathon today. Highlights of the walk were a blackcap and nuthatch in Northumberland Park and fulmars at Tynemouth. Te pier was open so I took a walk along it, the first time in over a year. I was in the perfect position to see the Kiran Marmara ship leaving the Tyne. A lovely day.
