The blossom on the trees outside the apartment has been lovely for weeks. It heralds spring, as leaves will swiftly follow. I got a few shots in before the wind blew away the last vestiges.
On my walk around Shields, the bird feeder was attracting house sparrows and goldfinches. There are definitely more birds around this year, and they are a joy.
