<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dring was born in Londen and studied at the Stade School of Fine Art between 1932 and 1935 where he won several prizes and scholarships.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dring was a frequent exhibitor at the Royal Watercolour Society and at the Royal Academy,</p>
