Butcher and Farmer, or actually “Dr Metzgr ond dr Baur beim Handel om dui Sau” (Dr Butcher and Farmer Handling the Sausage), a group of statues commemorating the market formerly held at the Ulm Saumarkt (now the Schweinmarkt). An inscription on the base lists the donors, the artists, and the date of installation: “(…) Artistic design and casting: Wolfgang and Christoph Oester, Herborn in the Dillkreis (…) in May 2001.”
