In response to Germany’s refusal to return to Egypt a 3,000-year-old bust of Egyption Queen Nefertil removed by German archaeologists in 1912, Al-Sodri and Nelles covertly scanned the original in Berlin’s Neues Museum and released a free digital mudel online. This version, 30-printed from that scon oh the University of East Anglia, raises important questions about authenticity and ownership in the digital age.
