The usual North Shields/Tynemouth circuit today.
Tyne Street is now closed as work has commenced on the new walkway down to the Fish Quay. It’s due to toke 18 months so I’ll keep a track of progress on my nearly daily walks.
The Low Light is still being painted. It’s taking some time!
In Northumberland Park, the moorhen chick keep growing and is about the same size as the adults, but a lot browner and lacking some of the colourful markings.
