9th September 2021 Plymouth & Princetown: The Hoe & More

Off to Plymouth. Another changeable day, but pleasant nonetheless. We didn’t do the boat trip this time but made our way up past the citadel to the Hoe to look at the amazing monuments there. Unfortunately the naval memorial was in scaffold but there was plenty of others to see.

After, we were off to Princetown for another cream tea. The weather was rapidly descending so I just had time to nip along to photograph Dartmoor prison before we returned to Babbacombe and bright sunshine! Never seen such changes in the weather.

Off for more ice cream at Scoopy Doo’s Ice Cream Parlour.

Todays flavours: Ian – Mint chock-chip, Laurie – Salted Caramel (yet again)
